However a lot has changed since March, when the State indicated they were ready to set a trial date, but on Thursday the prosecutor on the case explained that the investigation had widen and several forensic reports were still outstanding and that more accused may be added to the charge sheet.
The magistrate however said their were too many questions and uncertainty and if the state could even set a trial date even after three months was given.
Even though the case had to be withdrawn the case can still be re-enrolled at a later stage.
