AmaZulu Royal House: Execution of King’s will on hold, Queen loses court bid

Pietermaritzburg – The execution of the late King Goodwill Zwelithini’s will has been suspended, for now.

Judge Isaac Madondo has ruled that its validity will have to be ascertained during a trial.

This application was brought forward by two princesses from the AmaZulu Royal House.

At the same time, an application brought by Queen Sibongile Dlamini-Zulu claiming 50% of the late King Goodwill Zwelithini’s estate has been dismissed with costs.
