JOHANNESBURG – The African National Congress (ANC) sent out a stern warning to those involved in the looting of R2-billion from VBS bank.
The party’s Head of Elections Fikile Mbalula said they will take a decisive action against any of its members who are implicated.
According to the forensic report by Avdocate Terry Motau, asked by South African Reserve Bank (SARB) after VBS was placed under curatorship, senior ANC officials in Limpopo were named in the report to have received large sums of money from the bank.
According to the report the province’s Provincial Treasurer Danny Msiza is believed to be the kingpin.
“The ANC is determined to act decisively. Heads are going to roll,” said Mbalula.
