Anthony Anderson’s wife, Alvina Anderson, has filed for divorce from the “black-ish” and “Law & Order” actor.
According to reports from TMZ, Alvina Stewart Anderson filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Court.
In addition to requesting spousal support from Anderson, she requested that her soon-to-be ex pay her attorney expenses and not get any financial support in her application.
Anthony and Alvina’s marriage has reportedly had many ups and downs over the years.
The reason for the breakup, according to Alvina, was “irreconcilable differences”.
The two met in college in 1989 and got married a decade later. They have been married for 22 years and have two children, Nathan, 22 and Kyra, 26.
In the divorce documents fillings, Alvina claimed that their date of separation is “TBD” and also asked for spousal support from Anthony.
