
KABUL- At least 25 people including five journalists have been killed in two twin blasts in Kabul on Monday Morning, according to Afghan officials.
The first blast took place at 8am local time in the city of Shashdarak area, the city is the location for US embassy and Afghan government buildings, which prompted many journalists to rush to the scene.
The second explosion, the attacker disguised himself as a cameraman, the attacker detonated explosion at the initial site of the first explosion, according to Kabul City Police spokesman Hashmat Stanikzai who was speaking to CNN.
According to Najib Sharifi, director of the Afghan Journalists Safety Committee five journalists were killed from different media outlets.
Among the dead, AFp confirmed their photographer Shah Marai.

45 people were injured during the incident and were taken to hospital.
