Body of a Cape Town business man found

Cape Town – Two suspects appeared at the Bellville Regional Court on Monday. This follows after the kidnapping and murder of a businessman who was reported as missing in Rondebosch.
The managing director of infovest Robin Kemper was reported missing on Tuesday night by his wife.
According to a statement released by the police spokesperson Captain FC Van Wyk said two suspects were arrested. They were questioned and later charged with kidnapping.
Kemper’s decapitated body was found on Friday at 11 under a bridge in Touws River, on the edge of the Great Koo.
The spokesperson of the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in the Western Cape, Eric Ntabazaila confirmed that the 2 suspects made a brief appearance in the docket on Monday.
This case was postponed to November 24 for a formal bail application.
Ntabazaila also went on to say, “They are charged with murder and further charges may be added at a later stage”.
The Chief Executive of StatPro Group, Justin Wheatley said in a statement that this whole incident has left them “numb with shock and disbelief”.
Wheatley also went to say Robin was a good friend not only to him but to many people across StatPro, and that he was well known by all people in the South African investment management community.
