JOHANNESBURG- Limpopo police said they have arrested five people in connection with this week’s deadly petrol bomb attack on a bus carrying mineworkers in Driekop.
Six people were killed, their bodies were burnt without recognition and the petrol bomb attack left 28 people injured when criminals through a petrol bomb at a bus on Monday night.
The miners were leaving the Modikwa Platinum Mine outside Burgersfort.
The police quickly set up a high level team to hunt for the attackers, five suspects have been arrested.
The motive for the attack is still unknown.
The police’s Motlaefela Mojapelo says the suspects are expected to appear in court on Thursday.
