CAPE TOWN- The Western High Court has found that the Democratic Alliance to remove Patricia De Lille’s party membership unlawful and invalid.
The court found that the DA’s decision to suspend her membership because she expressed on a radio station that she intends to leave the party after she clears her name was confusing and strained.
