Charl Kinnear: Murder accused back in court

Johannesburg – Alleged crime boss, Nafiz Modack, and his two two-accused are expected back in court on Monday.

They face charges relating to the murder of Anti-Gang Unit commander, Charl Kinnear.

He was shot and killed outside his house in Bishop Lavis in September 2020.

The men are also facing charges relating to the attempted murder of lawyer, William Booth. The state said it will prove Modack is the kingpin of an underworld syndicate.

More suspects are expected to be added to the case when it resumes to a trial date.
