Covid-19 in SA: 15,465 new cases, three deaths recorded

Johannesburg – 15,465 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 24 hours.

A further three Covid-19 related deaths have been reported.

KwaZulu-Natal has recorded the most infections with 4,135 new cases. Gauteng follows with 3,582 new cases.

The Northern Cape, Limpopo and Mpumalanga remain just under the 1,000 case mark.

The positivity rate rose to 30.7%

The death toll currently stands at 90,348.
