CAPE TOWN- Embattled Cape Town mayor Patricia De Lille is back in the Western Cape High Court on Monday to challenge the cancellation of her DA membership.
The DA has argued that De Lille automatically stopped being a DA member when she told a radio show she planned to resign after she clears her name, as she said the damage had already been done.
