Johannesburg – Corruption-accused Zandile Gumede has been elected eThekwini Regional Chairperson.
Gumede went head to head with opponent Thabani Nyawose in the ANC’s much-contested regional conference.
She received 210 votes while Nyawose received 181.
Themba Ntuli has been elected as Deputy Chairperson.
