
Forbes has described their list of 30 under 30 African talented entrepreneurs to stars, as their authentic and most definitive list of Africa’s most promising young change-makers. The list is divided into three sectors; business, technology and creative.
Actress Thuso Mbdeu took number one spot in the creative sector, who has made waves across the creative industry in music, art, media, film and fashion.
Other change makers who made the list was fashion designer Orapeleng Modutle, actress Nomzamo Mbatha and musicians Kwesta and Nasty C.
Medu is the actress who most notable was nominated for an International Emmy for her portray of Winnie on the popular Mzani’s Magic show Is’thunzi.
Orapeleng Modutle has claimed up the ladder in the fashion industry and has dressed starts such as Minnie Dlamini, Bonang Matheba, Pearl Modiadie, Thando Thabethe and Thando Toke Makinwa.

Founder of Rich Factory and designer Rina Chunga-Kutama, her a journey into the world of fashion started as a means to make extra money to pay her varsity fees. Today, the Zambian-born, Botswana-raised and South African-based designer has dressed many celebrities such as South African musician Zahara and actresses Terry Pheto and Nomzamo Mbatha.
