Gauteng liquor traders want licences

Johannesburg – Losing stock, jobs and business due to expired operating permits.

That’s what liquor traders say they are facing as Gauteng tavern owners in the township as they try to thrive in that economy.

They say they are being driven out of business and want the province’s government to help solve the problem.

The Gauteng DDG of the inclusive economy from Parks Tau’s office said they are looking into fast-tracking the process.

For now, the liquor traders are slamming what they call the harassment of small business owners.
