It feels like every store is ready for this Black Friday, taking day offs and waiting outside stores for the deals to begin. Here is a helpful list of participating stores in South Africa.
Clothing stores include Ackermans, Cape Union Mart, CAT, Due South, Exact, Edgars, Fabiani, Foschini, Jet, Loot, Markham, Mr Price, Mr Price Sport, Old Khaki, Poetry,, Quicksilver, Sage, Sassy Chick, Side Step, Sportscene and Studio 88 to name a few.
Stores like Zando, Superbalist, Takealot, Spree, eBucks, Bid or Buy and Amazon will be participating as from 00:01am in the morning. It is advisable to stay up if you want the best deals and finding all your sizes and fits early before they are swept out.
Most stores will be packed and sadly its a first come first serve basis and you cannot go in there and ask them to secure a product for you.
Social media pages of stores and small online shops have updates their sales as well as price lists to their followers, commencing from Friday. Online stores are best as they offer delivery services right to your doors.
The list is not final as more stores will only reveal closer to the day whether or not they will be participating. Other online stores will only participating at the Cyber Monday.
