Johannesburg – Joburg residents will get a chance on Thursday to bid farewell to the late Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu.
A service is set to be held at the Wanderers Cathedral in Johannesburg where Tutu spent a large section of his ministry.
On Wednesday, mourners gathered outside his former house in Orlando West, Soweto for a prayer session, with some laying wreaths as a sign of tribute to the late struggle icon.
Thursday is the last leg of the Johannesburg tributes for the late clergyman. Mourners will gather at the Wanderers Anglican Church Cathedral in Joburg.
