ATLANTA- The Real’s Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) cast member Kenya Moore announced her dream of finally becoming a mother and is expecting her first child with husband Marc Daly.
She shared the good news on the first part of RHOA reunion on Sunday, she said, “We will definitely be welcoming a boy or girl in late this year,” as she surprised her fellow housewives and Bravo host Andy Cohen.
They all congratulated Kenya, she however did not provide any more information about her pregnancy she said, “still very nervous about everything.”
In December she addressed rumors she was pregnant, “It’s no secret that I’ve wanted a family since I started this show. I’ve been very honest about that and very vulnerable at times about wanting a family,” she said. “And we’re definitely doing everything we can to make that happen. And all I can say is you’ll know in time.”
Speaking to Us Weekly in December, she said, “Everyone tells me I will be an amazing mom because I’m very nurturing and I’m very patient,”
“Look how I am with my little puppies. I treat them like they will break. I spoil my little puppy babies. Everyone says I will be a great mom and I’m hoping I will be too.”
Kenya shared her thoughts of what type of father her hubby will be to their future, “He wants to be the kind of father that is really involved,” she shared. “He dreams of driving a minivan. I’m like, who dreams of driving a minivan? He’s so excited. I think it’s cute.”
