
CAPE TOWN- SA Rugby has confirmed that the new Springboks coach will be revealed on Thursday.
The decision of appointing a new national coach has been made by the Springbok management, and the confirmation of the news will be done via electronic media release at 11:30 on Thursday, followed by a media conference in Randburg.
The front runner for the position is former springbok player Rassie Erasmus, and is the current SA Rugby’s director of rugby, his name is expected to be revealed as head coach.
Whilst his supporting staff is expected to be the likes of Jacques Nienaber (defence coach), Pieter de Villiers (scrum coach) and Mzwandile Stick (backline coach).
