Legal Action to be taken over Pistorius movie
Cape Town – Oscar Pretorius’ family is set to take legal action against the infamous movie titled “Oscar Pistorius: Blade Runner Killer” set to be realised on November 11 in the United States.

Carl Pistorius, brother to Olympian and Paralympian Oscar Pistorius, took his feelings to twitter saying the film grossly misrepresents his brother.

Carl Pretorius claims the film has brought distorted versions of the events that unfolded when his brother shot and killed girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.

He also added that producers of the film never contacted the family to gain their consent before shooting the film.

On his twitter account, he wrote “The film was made without any consultation of the Pistorius family. The film was made with blatent disregard of both famalies and of Reeva and Oscar”

Steenkamp’s parents also confirmed on Monday that they were never consulted by anyone about the film relating to Oscar and their late daughter.

Oscar Pistorius who was convicted for murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp remains in prison as he was found guilty.

Carl Pistorius confirmed the family will take legal action against the producers of the film.

“We will be taking legal action,” he said.
