Former Ipid head Robert McBride resumes his testimony at the Zondo Commission on Monday.
Proceedings will continue to focus on law enforcement agencies.
As yet, former police minister Nathi Nhleko has not applied to cross-examine McBride.
McBride has accused Nhleko of effectively lying about an Ipid report on a so-called renditions case involving Zimbabweans.
He’s testified Nhleko could not possibly have received a signed copy of a certain report from Ipid.
McBride claims chair Raymond Zondo’s brother, Advocate Mxolisi Zondo, is a tainted figure.
This over the advocate’s role in disciplinary inquiries into Ipid investigator Matthews Sesoko.
The younger Zondo responded in writing to the commission, saying the record speaks for itself.
Once McBride concludes, former KwaZulu-Natal Hawks Head Johan Booysen is set to testify.
