Man killed by security guards for stealing from Prophet Bushiri

Johannesburg – A body of a man was found at the church of controversial Prophet Bushiri. The incident took place on Monday in Parktown when security guards allegedly assaulted and killed a man whom they accused of stealing from the Malawian prophet.

A man who had been brutally assaulted by the security guards led the police to where the body of the deceased was found. It is alleged that four security guards attacked the two men accusing them of stealing from the man of God’s church in Midrand.

The incident took place around 10 am on the R55 in Midrand and the Gauteng police managed to arrest the two suspects, while the other two are on the run.

The arrested suspects will face a charge of murder and will appear at the Midrand Magistrates Court soon.

Prophet Bushiri has not commented on the matter.
