Johannesburg – Minister of Health Zweli Mkhize is not attending a Health Portfolio Committee briefing following legal advice.
Mkhize was expected to explain his role in the awarding of the Digital Vibes contract.
It’s been alleged he benefitted from this contract, which was awarded to some of his close associates.
The Democratic Alliance on Thursday laid criminal charges against Mkhize.
