Johannesburg – Former SARS commissioner Tom Moyane says he is not guilty of state capture and his removal from the tax collector was orchestrated.
Moyane has been presenting his testimony before the Zondo Commission where he had previously been implicated by three witnesses.
They accuse him of a SARS restructuting that resulted in the loss of key expertise and say his was a reign of terror.
