
JOHANNESBURG- Suspended commissioner at South African Revenue Service (Sars) has said that his disciplinary hearing is unfair and unlawful.
His latest claims comes after he made similar comments during the Sars inquiry that is investigating tax administration and governance Sars.
Moyane has objected to two inquiries that have scrutinized his leadership during his time as head of the revenue services and the R50 billion tax shortfall.
Judge Nugent heading the inquiry had harsh words for Moyane’s representative Advocate Dali Mpofu, as they have raised concern of the inquiry and bias.

Eyewitness News has seen a motion of objection where Moyane calls his disciplinary inquiry “manifestly oppressive”.

Latest developments in the inquiry, Judge Nugent decided to dismiss the application by Moyane to call off the inquiry because he felt it was unfair and biased.
