Ntuthuko Shoba found guilty of Tshegofatso Pule murder

Johannesburg – Ntuthuko Shoba has been found guilty of the murder of Tshegofatso Pule.

Judge Stuart Wilson has found Shoba’s evidence to be unconvincing.

The Judge also concluded that Shoba and Pule’s killer, Muzikayise Malephane, colluded to murder her.

Not In My Name secretary-general Themba Masango, spokesperson for Action Society, Elanie van der Walt and Javu Baloyi from the Commission of Gender Equality weighed in on Shoba’s verdict.

They said they welcomed the judge’s decision, it will serve as a deterrence to would be perpetrators of gender-based violence.
