
Johannesburg– President Cyril Ramaphosa will finally get to update the nation on the additional measures to be taken amid the coronavirus outbreak in the country after a postponement on Sunday evening.
The President, yesterday met with business and religious leaders, and the national command council to discuss this issue and was expected to immediately address the nation but the address was postponed as the meeting on late into the night.
Via his Twitter page, Minister in the Presidency Jackson Mthembu provided an update on Monday, saying by Monday evening, the president would have finalized measures to be undertaken to curb the impact of the coronavirus on the country.
By this morning, 274 cases of coronavirus were confirmed in the country.
