Solving Eskom’s woes

Johannesburg – Eskom’s unreliable power supply is leading to the shedding of customers.

Those who can afford alternatives are disconnecting from the grid.

This means the utility is losing much-needed income which could lead to its demise.

But, David Walwyn from the University of Pretoria warns that this will hurt those with no other means of getting power.
