DURBAN- King Goodwill Zwelithini says that if the Ingonyama Trust Act is affected by government’s plan to expropriate land without compensation, he will fight to have KwaZulu-Natal to be declared a separate Zulu homeland.
In a video filmed by eNCA, Zwelithini said in isiZulu, “We must not be provoked. There is no need for the Zulus to be abused by their Treasury, because that will force me – and the world will agree with me – when I declare that I want me and my nation to live on our own and develop on our own, because in South Africa development is selective.”
The King further added that, “perhaps the time has come for KZN borders to be closed and for him to run his own province”.
For this could possibly happen, the KZN province would have to be removed from South Africa.
“I promise you I will not allow anyone to take away the life and soul of the Zulu nation. I warned Mr Ramaphosa – as the governing party, they must not make the mistake of taking away the land of the Zulus because all hell will break loose,” Zwelithini threatened.
Zwelithini who has been using the Ingonyama Trust to eat alone is now calling the entire Zulu nation to defend his loot. Interestingly he leases the land to WMC and the money is for his sole benefit. #ImbizoKaZulu pic.twitter.com/PIrF6nftOS

When I said land expropriation would meet its fiercest opposition in the Zulu Kingdom, others dismissed me as being fanciful & naive. This matter may be the gravest national risk since the dawn of democracy. It can reduce SA into ashes & this isn't an exaggeration. #ImbizoKazulu

amaZulu is a nation. The ANC/EFF and their degenerate followers must realize South Africa is not a natural country. It was forced together by the British. Keep on misbehaving, Usuthu hasn't forgotten how to fight wars. We'll die for our King and Ingonyama Trust. #ImbizoKaZulu
