UCT online high school: Over 300 posts available

Cape Town – The University of Cape Town’s new Online High School is hiring.

The high school has more than 300 posts available.

The school, which launched in July as a partnership between the University of Cape Town and Cape Town-based education technology company, Valenture Institute, has already seen over 5000 learner applications.

It offers a CAPS-aligned curriculum, and enables learners in grades 8-11 in any corner of the globe with the opportunity to study at a monthly fee of R2,095 per month. This makes the school one of the most affordable private schools in the country.

The school says it has filled over 200 posts. The school is set to begin classes in January 2022, with spikes of positive responses.

Grade 12 will be offered will be offered from 2023.
