COLORADO- Local media reported on Sunday of an off-duty FBI agent apparently accidental shooting a man when the agent did a backflip at a Colorado night club, the police are investigating the incident.
The video obtained by local media shows the the agent, surround by the crowd, showing off his enthusiastic dance moves before showing off his back-flip.

The move intended to be a crowd-pleaser unforunatley did not end as well for the agent, as his gun dropped on the floor, the agent could it catch it in time before it went off.
The ballet did strike a civilian who is recovering in hospital with no-threatening injuries.
The FBI agent was taken to police headquarters and was also taken to his FBI supervisor.
