GHANA-  A young Ghanaian boy has gained global praise for a video which has gone viral, showing Abanga Jackson, 14 a learner at Boya Primary School in the Three Northern Regions of Ghana where he read out his manifesto without looking at the pages in his hand under a tree.

According to MyNewsGh Jackson has been showered by gifts such as scholarships, a laptop, books, clothes, shoes and much more. And it did it stop there he has also been invited to attend a parliamentary session.

The video was reportedly discovered by Atinka Media’s Head of Sports, Saddick Obama and posted it on his Facebook page.

Jackson in his manifesto says he will tackle problems such as “tribalism and sectionalism” in school as it was “once beautiful, formidable and united”.

He ended off with a quote from a German president, “Africans are not developing not because they are black, but because they are blind,” saying that he has now opened their eyes.

Obama said that Jackson left the message to all that has helped him, “I promise I will not let you down”.
