CAPE TOWN- The Prevention and Combating of Hate Crime and Hate Speech Bill is under the spotlight in Parliament today.
The Justice Department is briefing the Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services on the Bill.
On March the 14th Cabinet approved the Prevention and Combating of Hate Crimes and Hate Speech Bill.
Once the Bill is approved, they believe it will help to eradicate not only racism, but all forms of discrimination.
