Johannesburg – Former President Jacob Zuma’s legal team plans to lodge a complaint against Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo with the Judicial Service Commission.
Zondi is, however, not budging on Zuma’s application for the state capture inquiry chair to recuse himself.
Zondo made the ruling to dismiss Zuma’s application for his recusal from the state capture inquiry on Thursday.
“The applicant [Zuma] has failed to meet the test for reasonable apprehension of bias…and is dismissed,” said Zondo.
