Johannesburg – Former Free State MEC for Human Settlements Mosebenzi Zwane is back at the state capture inquiry on Monday.
The commission will be listening to evidence relating to the province’s R1-billion housing project.
When Zwane appeared before the commission last month, he said he was not aware of the legislation relating to his portfolio.
He also said that he was not directly involved in the housing project and that he’d been under the impression that the information provided had been above board.
